Mr. Jignesh Desai has nearly 29 years of strategic management experience in the areas of securities market, financial products distribution, Securities Product Distribution, Financial Planning and Portfolio Management. He has been responsible for creating the NJ Group businesses including Mutual Fund Distribution, Real Estate Advisory, Information Technology, Training and Education, Insurance Broking and Portfolio Management Services. As the visionary founder of Finlogic Technologies India Private Limited, he is involved in providing guidance to and shaping the future of the technology & payment solution business.

Mr. Janesh Bhatt is an IT professional with 30 years of experience in software development, quality assurance (QA), automation, and security and is proficient in a wide array of technologies, ranging from legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions. His career includes leading and delivering complex software solutions across various industries, utilizing Agile and DevOps methodologies. He worked on significant projects, including a Mutual fund platform for Exchanges and Distributors, an Insurance platform, Payment systems, NBFC solutions, and Portfolio management service. His deep expertise in information security includes implementing protocols, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Mr. Janesh Bhatt has played a leading role in shaping Finlogic Technologies and has also been instrumental in building the systems that powers NJ Group.

Mr. Shirish Patel is a seasoned IT professional with an extensive career spanning 25 years in the field of Information Technology. Over the course of his professional journey, he has accumulated vast experience, particularly in managing and leading medium to large sized IT teams. His core expertise lies in overseeing technology operations within the financial domain, where precision, security, and innovation are paramount. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully aligning technology strategies with business objectives, optimizing team performance, and driving projects to completion within the fast-paced and highly regulated financial sector. His deep understanding of both technical and managerial aspects has allowed him to effectively bridge the gap between IT and business, enabling organizations to leverage technology as a key driver of operational excellence and competitive advantage.

Mr. Rinkesh Bilimoria, an MBA by profession, has been with NJ Group with over 11 years, and he is managing and optimizing the payment aggregation business. Starting his career at NJ Group, he has served in other verticals like Customer Care, Stock exchange Operations and now heading Payment Aggregator Business Operations in Finlogic Technologies India Private Limited.

In addition to overseeing Payment Aggregation service Operations, he is also managing Business Process Management, including IT operations, business operations, streamlining payment processing systems, integrating third-party payment solutions, and ensuring secure and seamless transaction experiences for both businesses and customers.
